Evening bridal shower

I’ve attended many as a guest and they are no different from one that would be held mid day on the weekend during a non meal time. Serve platters from Costco along with cake and punch/coffee. No reason that a full meal needs to be served.

It's not big deal. As long as you provide food and drinks you'll be fine.

But in this situation I would check with the guests to make sure they are ok with the start time and, even more important, the end time you have in mind.

Some might want to go home by,say, 9PM or earlier.

I think it’s a great idea. I’m having two showers and one is in the evening. After the shower we are transitioning into bachelorette party at a rooftop bar.

Sounds like fun! I'd have after a normal dinner hour, and serve appies/dessert.

I love the idea of like an evening dinner party shower, with fairy lights and lots of candles and flowers. Like others said, just be mindful of what time it is, because evening usually = dinner so you'd want to provide food.
