Events Page— sequencing events

Hello! Does anyone know how to re-arrange the events on the events page?
I thought 1) it’s in order of how I enter the events 2) it would auto chronologically..
Neither has worked and it it continues to list the last event on the top of the page and the first at the bottom, if that makes sense. I would like it reversed sequenced. Chronologically top to bottom.
