Exclusive hire or non-exclusive venue hire?

Definitely exclusive for me.

Because of the style and space I want, it's exclusive. I don't have a problem with non-exclusive, though. I've had the experience of going to a wedding with another wedding down the hall and guests meeting up in the bathroom or at a bar in between the two. It was kind of fun!

I love that our venue is exclusive and we have the little village to ourselves!

It would depend on the level of service offered by the venue. We had our reception at the Fairmont and the service was impeccable and our guests were pampered. While there were other people at the hotel this wasn't even a concern for me since it didn't affect my guests' experience.

We chose a venue that hosts multiple events at the same time, but there were separate bathrooms for each ballroom. Each couple had a bridal suite, a coordinator provided by the venue and separate ballroom entrances. We didn’t see anyone from the other wedding that was going on until the very end as we were leaving the venue.
