Exporting guest list

Hi Samantha! Here's how to export your guest list from WeddingWire:

- In the guest list tool, click on the tab for a specific event (example: "Reception)

- Hover over More actions, then click on Custom Report from the drop-down menu

- On the Custom Report page you can select exactly which fields you want to export

- Once you've set up your report, click on Export and Save

Once you've exported your guest list data, you can then format the CSV however you want to print labels!

Hello Lynnie, I am having trouble finding the options you are referring to--I can't see "more actions" or "custom report". Can you please help with this? Even if I could simply export to Excel, I could print labels from there. Thanks, Leslie (MOB)

Hi Lauren! So sorry about that - these are old instructions!

To export your guest list you need to first click on a specific event in your guest list (like "Reception"), and then you'll see an Export button on the right hand side:

When you click on Export you'll see drop-down options to print or download the guest list!

Is the option to perform a custom export now gone? I used to be able to pick what I wanted in the spreadsheet, but I no longer see the option.

We did update and streamline our report options this summer. You can now export your guest list data with the following steps:

-Log in to your WeddingWire account at www.weddingwire.com

-Hover over ‘Planning Tools’, and click ‘Guest List’

-Click on the name of the event you would like to export guest data for

-Click ‘Export’ on the right side of the page

-Select whether you’d like to download or print the data

Is there a way to print all the guests entered into the tool regardless of inviting them to an event or not?

Hi there! At this time, you are only able to export the guests from within a specific event, there is no way to export the information from the 'Overview' tab instead. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi! Here are updated instructions:

- Go to your Guest List

- Click on a specific event (like "Reception")

- Next click on the Export button right above your list of guests

- You'll see a drop-down with options to Download or Print your guest list!

If you are on the desktop version of the website, the 'Guest List' can be found under the 'Planning Tools' section!
