"express" shipping...... what does it mean?????!?!!??!?!

...it probably depends on the website you're ordering from. I'd contact customer service.

Generally that would describe shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes after the order is made to get it out the door. So, to me, 2-3 business days to get from the business to you AFTER processing time.

It should arrive in 2-3 business days but like Karen said, i'd contact customer service just to be sure!

Yea I didn't want to wait for customer service to have their calling hours... which is 3hrs from now lol. im so impatient! buy or dont buy? aaahhh!!

Have you checked the FAQ? Sometimes it will address processing times.

What's the website? Maybe someone on here has ordered there before and might know. Agreed though....usually means shipping time but I've ordered items from Coach and Kate Spade that ship the next day if not the same day I ordered.

I work with shipping at my job. 2-3 business days means..... From the time the shipping company picks up the package it will reach you in 2-3 days, Monday thru Friday. If the company you're ordering from is quick it can actually be shipped out today. Defiantly check with their CS.

It depends on the vendor and how the item is being shipped. Does the website say "express mail?" If requested, we ship Express Mail through the US Postal Service and orders arrive 1-2 days once the order is mailed. Sometimes we are able to get orders out same day and other times the next day. Express shipping with the USPS is Monday through Saturday delivery. I don't believe Fed Ex includes Saturday delivery, unless extra fees are paid. Can you email the vendor to find out? Sometimes emails are answered before the store hours.
