Extreme Cheapskates

I definitely think the people on this show exaggerate their cheap ways just to get on TV. There's no reason they'd have it in a run-down gym (in real life) as opposed to a nice park somewhere that would also be free.

..and before that there was one with a husband and wife sharing floss and a toothbrush. They shared showers and he washed his hair with her suds. They even shared razors. I mean..really? No way.

On another episode a woman fed her husband cat food tuna because it was 50 cents cheaper than "people" tuna. So yeah..definitely fake/exaggerated!

Well, I'd like to believe Honey Boo Boo was all fake...sadly, people like this exist.

I can't watch HBB without wanting to throw up.

My favorite part was those fancy cheese sandwiches that they put out for dinner.

I just think TLC has a track record of exaggerating the truth behind their shows..IE Breaking Amish.

I can't stop watching it on Netflix. It's terrible.

I saw an episode a year or so ago with a woman who dumpster dives for her food and fed it to her friends! She reuses TP and only flushes occasionally. EWWWWWWW

Omg, that show is disgusting. Sadly, I know a person similar to the cat food lady...eww

People will act as stupid as possible for 30 minutes of fame.

The other show that bugs me... The Duggars first 18 kids & counting, now 19 kids & counting. And they are trying for a 20th. Their oldest son has 3 kids of his own in similar age to their youngest...just creepy.

True Shannon but at least those kids are well behaved unlike Honey Boo Boo and Toddlers in Tiaras. Hate those shows, Duggars are ok.

Can't believe that wedding would have been $22k but was almost free. I was skeptical.

Let's be honest..those Duggar kids are only well behaved because they have built-in babysitters to take care of them.

That show is so gross!!!

I watched one episode of that show...never doing that again. I prefer Extreme Couponing, mostly because I did it for a while and was able to save a lot of money!
