Eyebrows/nails 9 days before wedding... ok or not?

I'm going to a wedding a week before my own and I wanted to get my eyebrows done and of course nails... but I don't know if I should do it 2 days before my friend's wedding or just wait until 2 days before mine. I only go out to get them done for special occasions (I'll usually clean up my eyebrows...

I only go out to get them done for special occasions (I'll usually clean up my eyebrows myself and doing my nails is too high maintenance for me lol) so I'm not sure how long they'll take to grow out and if they'll look weird by the time my wedding comes.

In the end, I guess I'm asking if I get my eyebrows threaded and nails done about 9 days before my wedding, would it still look ok? Thanks in advance!!

**Technically not hair and makeup but I don't think it fits anywhere else haha

Do it before your wedding. Just put clear nail polish on for hers or just do it yourself. On your day you want to look perfect.

I would think having your eyebrows done 9 days before would be fine, but as far as nails they will probably be grown out by then. I get my eyebrows done once a month but as far as my nails they usually look grown out within a week.

I've had someone tell me that too, to do it with enough time to let the redness go away! Even with a week out it would still be after my friend's wedding, haha.

Haha yes you're right, I don't need to go all out if I'm not even IN the wedding I don't go out a lot so any event that comes along I automatically want to spruce up! I'll control myself for this one and wait until closer to my day lol!

I'm getting my nails done on the 20th, we leave for the wedding on the 24th. Eyebrows can be done at any time really. I would wait closer to the wedding if possible. Is there a reason for 9 days before or?

Eyebrows I would say would be fine, but nails I wouldn't do more than 3-4 days before your wedding. Just to decrease chance of your nails growing out, scuffing them, chipping them, etc. Gel nails last up to two weeks but that doesn't mean your nails wont grow.
