Using eyelets for escort cards with new croc o dile. The back side is very sharp. What am I doing wrong?

You’ll want to look for “grommets” not “eyelets”. Grommets have two pieces which results in your paper/cardboard/material being sandwiched between. Eyelets have the back roll over themselves.

Swivel the head and base around, fiddle with the settings until the eyelet is setting properly. They never give the instructions for which sides will set the specific eyelets properly. That is partially because your hand strength is actually a factor, as is temperature! I have needed to use my heat gun to soften eyelets before... I'm sure it's not proper practice, but it worked
