Has anyone purchased a dress from fabvoguedress.com? I'm looking at several on the website for a mother of the bride/groom dress that I really like, but I'm nervous to actually purchase. I've never heard of them before and just wondered if anyone had any feedback. Thanks!

    If you can't find reviews online, personally I wouldn't trust the site. That's pretty much my motto. If you have the time and money to spend it is your call.

    That site looks exactly the same as Izidress.com, JJsdress.com, Jenjen.com and actually another site I don't remember. Read the reviews for izidress.com and you'll have your answer

    I see what you mean about them being VERY similar. They are clearly the same thing and izidress has extremely low reviews. Thank you for letting me know. I definitely will not order from either one of them!

    I ordered my daughter's prom dress 3 1/2 weeks in advance. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called for an update. I was told it was being processed. I pressed the issue for a firm date since the prom would be on March 28th. I was told they would rush it and she promised that it would be to us by the 25th. It wasn't delivered on the 25th and I called the morning of the 26th. I told them I wanted it cancelled because it wasn't delivered as promised. The man tried to convince me to wait 12 more hours because it was still in process. I insisted on him canceling the order and was told I would only receive 50% of my money back! I told him at this point, I'll take the 50%. Worst scam ever. The dress never arrived so it wasn't even made yet. Stay away from this business.

    I ordered a dress and was assured that if I put a rush on it that it would arrive on time. I was told on the phone yesterday that it was packaged and being shipped and then when I called today for a tracking number they told me that it hadn't been shipped and that they were doing alterations on it. The dress is supposed to be here tomorrow for a dance on Saturday. It took me threatening to go to the FBI and the International Police and reporting them for credit card fraud to get them to cancel the order and give a full refund. They said it would take 4-7 business days for the refund so hopefully I get it. I did tell them that if I didn't have the refund by the 7th business day that I would report them. Also, izidress and fabvoguedress are the same company and they are located in Hong Kong, with their bank in London and their phone number out of Canada. The charges on my bank statement were from izidress. So when I called them they informed me that they were also fabvoguedress.

    Don't Do It! Do not buy from them (fabvoguedress and izidress are the same company) unless you want a dress that looks nothing like the picture! BUYER BEWARE!! Joke! Scam! Junk! My dress nor the color looked anything like the picture of the dress I ordered! Quality Control passed it! What a Joke!! Do not Order unless you want to waste your money and don't expect to return the item even though it looks nothing like the picture! Precise measurement given yet the chest was huge! You will be out your money because they claim if quality department passes it, you can not return it! I just wasted $220. Don't be a victim! Facebook has pages of pictures from other victims. izidress and fabvoguedress are the same company.

    Hi, Where did you all get the phone number for this crazy place (fabvoguedress)? I am furious because I ordered my daughter her prom dress also and we have not received it. I feel like a dummy. I cannot find a phone number for them at all. Smiley sad

    As long as you have returned the item, and have a legitimate reason to return it, your credit card company can debit their account and credit yours.

    My daughter ordered blue, they sent pink and said it passed their quality checks. Refused to make it right.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order form this site FABVOGUEDRESS. The dress I ordered and received does not look like the dress on the picture and the color is not the color on the computer. They said the color may be a little off, but they need to state that on their site. When you try and get your money back, they tell you they have to see if it passes quality check. I would not advise ANYONE to order anthing from them. They will not give me the return address for a refund. They want to give me $15.00 and a 5% credit. I told them this is not acceptable and what can I do with a 5% credit because I will NEVER order form them again. I am contacting an attorney and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and whom ever I can to let them know how this company treats it's customers. I told them I would even accept 1/2 my money and they will not even do that. I am going to try what someone stated in one of the other comments that provided a return address and they said if you return it and have a tracking number your credit card company can debit their account. So PLEASE NEVER ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM FABVOGUEDRESS.COM!!!

    The dress came in totally the wrong size and very poor quality. Then when I called them about it, they said I would have to have someone take a picture of me and show how the dress did not match the specifications on the chart and submit this to them for them to even consider refunding my money!

    Don't order online for this most important day! You will be sorry. You can find much better quality for even less! David's Bridal, Laura, Melanie Lynn are all good places to start as well as the Bridal Stores. It is too important a day to have it ruined by this horrible company!!!

    My aunt ordered a dress for my sister's wedding this coming November (2015), and they told her to give it to someone as a gift or sell it. They said the dress passed their quality inspection, and it looked just like the picture.. The problem is that the original dress was knee length and short sleeves and the one that was sent was floor length and cap sleeves. After an email exchange they provided no address to return the dress. WORST SCAM EVER!! BUYER BEWARE!! JJDRESS IZIDRESS AND ALL THESE SITES ARE ALIKE!!

    Wow this happening to my mother right now! And my wedding is October. She sent them her measurements and the dress is WAY off! They did not leave enough fabric so we can not even get it taken out. They told her to sell it or give it away!! Did anyone have luck with returning to to above address and the credit card company refunding them?? We have 2 months to find me mom a dress now and she is freaking out Smiley sad

    DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. ORDERED DRESS IN SIZE 14 AND RECEIVED ONE IN SIZE 4. POLICY SAYS MAY GET HALF OF MY MONEY BACK. NO ADDRESS (SO FAR) TO RETURN DRESS AND NO CONTACT EFFORT FROM FABVOGUEDRESS. I WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY'S POLICIES.

    THIS COMPANY OPERATES LIKE A SCAM DEAL. DRESS RECEIVED TOO SMALL -- ORDERED SIZE 14 GOT SIZE 4. GRANDDAUGHTER WHO IS A PERFECT SIZE 10 COULD NOT ZIP IT UP EITHER. CAN NOT FIND ANY CONTACTS AVAILABLE TO RETURN IT OR GET MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE CONTACTED CREDIT CARD CO, TO DISPUTE CHARGE.

    DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

    I ordered 4 matching dresses for my music quartet. They arrived in a timely fashion and appeared well constructed, BUT none of them fit. Each one was several inches smaller than the advertised measurements for the size. When I requested to return them, they insisted that I send them photos of me taking my measurements. They then concluded that I was holding the measuring tape too tightly around my hips, and that was why they did not fit. Yet the dress was also 3 inches too small in the bust. After I filed a formal dispute with my credit card company, because the merchandise received was not as advertised, fabvogue agreed that I could return the dresses. They told me to list the value at $20 to avoid the taxes even though I had paid over $500 for them. They then sent repeated emails begging me to cancel my transaction dispute. The credit card company said the dispute should not be cancelled until the refund was posted by fabvogue. I returned the dresses to them, (declaring full value) and postal tracking confirmed that they were delivered on October 2, 2015. The company denied that they had been received until I had an e mail confirmation directly sent to them from USPS postal tracking--then they admitted they had been received but claimed they were only received on October 19. They also said that because I had not cancelled the dispute, I already had my money!

    To summarize:

    Their dresses are not sized as advertised.

    They do not stand behind their products and go to great lengths to find a reason to deny your ability to return unacceptable merchandise. (As another complainant mentioned, they suggested that I resell the dresses myself. )

    They lied until irrefutable proof was provided that they received the returns.

    Even though they acknowledge that they have received the returned merchandise, they continue to refuse to process my refund unless I first cancel my credit transaction dispute, something my card company says absolutely not to do until after the refund is processed. The dispute is my only leverage with this company.

    These people are as dishonest as they come! I do not recommend that anyone do business with them, but if you find yourself in my position, DO NOT GIVE UP! They count on customers finding it too hard to continue to fight for satisfaction. File a formal transaction dispute with your credit card company and document every step along the way! And never give up!

    To everyone out there DO NOT place any order with FabVouge Dresses or any of the other companies that they owned... They have just stolen over 250 dollars of me even though their refund policy clearly states that I am entitled to a full refund. I cancelled my order minutes after placing it as my payment didn't go through... they subsequently used my credit card details to attempt debit again and ignored every request relating to an order cancellation. They even deleted the submitted tickets and communication we sent, such a scam! This is honestly been an absolute nightmare... they are despicable, I don't understand how they are even allowed to operate!

    I purchased my dress on Dec 6,. By Dec 18 I still had no confirmation of shipping status. I became very nervous as my daughters wedding is coming up on New Years Eve. By accident really, I happened to find this review page and my anxiety went through the roof. I contacted Fabvoguedress via online chat and was connected to a gentleman by the name Lincoln. Lincoln was very courteous and helpful. I threatened to cancel my order after reading all of the horrible reviews. Lincoln assured me that my dress would arrive in plenty of time, and that it was goergous. So, i consented to continue the order. By Monday the 21st my dress arrived as stunning as I had hoped. I did have to have alterations made to it which honestly was my own error i wasnt 100% sure of my dress size when I ordered. I ordered an 8 and should have ordered a 10. However there was plenty of material for my seemstres to let it out for me. I am so thrilled with this purchase. Moral of the story: don't believe everything you read online. I highly recommend Fabvoguedress and will definitely order again if and when the opportunity arises.
