You should invest in a microdermabrasion facial, it will give your skin a serious glow! Also it’s long enough ahead that you can use a gentle scrub routinely to maintain

I would recommend seeing a dermatologist as it could be dermatitis and that would require more than someone on the internet recommending a face wash. If you think it’s truly just dry skin then any gentle cleanser and moisturizer will work as well as exfoliating 2-3x a week to get rid of the dead skin.

Use a lot of hydrating masks in the coming months!


I invest in really nice night creams, origins is the best in my opinion. Department stores usually have the makeup/skincare sales girls and they can really help you find the products you specifically need for your skin.

After surgery and all the meds I was on, my face was CRAZY DRY. I swear this routine completely reversed it....
SkinCeuticals exfoliant (it says for daily use, but I only use it 1-2 times per week). All other days I use SkinCeuticals face wash. Then I used cera ve nighttime moisturizer. I used it twice per day- morning & night. Within 2 weeks my skin was back to normal. Within 1 month, it was even better than before my surgery!

I use simple brand moisturizing face wash its a white tube with green cap

Hylaurinuc acid. Get moisturizer and serums with hylaurinic acid. They even have hylaurinic acid sleep masks. I’ve gotten a lot of deep hydrating things from tj max. I have a night cream, a night serum and for days in extra dry the sleep mask.

I have combination skin and what’s helped me so far is the Mario Basescu skincare line - the enzyme gel cleanser, then toner, and the seaweed moisturizer at night.
