Fake Eyelashes - to wear or not to wear?

@Kelli I'm not wearing any lashes in the photo, that's just how my eyelashes are so I can't really make them shorter or less dramatic. I wouldn't want to wear fake lashes that aren't as long as my natural ones, then it wouldn't look like my normal eyes.

So, I had my make up trail on Saturday at MAC and she did fake lashes. I didn't like the first ones she did. I thought they looks like spiders, the second set was much softer and beautiful! They were more natural looking, just long. My shower was the next day and they stayed on and I got tons of compliments! Maybe go with something more natural looking and it will help!

OMG those are your natural eyelashes! Jealous! I hope you aren't offended by my comments. When you get the heavier makeup you will need for wedding pictures, your lashes will look fine with the multiple coats of mascara.

@Kelli No I wasn't offended I'm sure a makeup artist would be able to make them look more full to compensate for the length.

I would say try them out a few times before you wedding and then make the choice. I personally always go for lashes if I'm doing formal makeup. For everyday makeup I do lashless. They really bump up your look.

I did them at my trial just to see if how I would feel with them. I loved them! I wore them for my wedding and the pictures are amazing.

There are several kinds/styles, so you may want to play around with them. My MOH changed the ones she had applied because she felt she looked like a drag queen. I loved them in her, but she was clearly uncomfortable in them.
