Fake flowers

I’m trying to get my budget down and how much I will spend on each thing. I’ve been stuck on flowers for a week now because they’re just so expensive and I would need a bouquet for me, 5 BMs, 14-15 tables, and the corsages and boutonnières. I’m looking into fake flowers but I’m nervous about it...
I’m trying to get my budget down and how much I will spend on each thing. I’ve been stuck on flowers for a week now because they’re just so expensive and I would need a bouquet for me, 5 BMs, 14-15 tables, and the corsages and boutonnières. I’m looking into fake flowers but I’m nervous about it because idk what it would look like in person or in photos.

Does anyone have photos of their fake flower bouquets or centerpieces? Or if anyone knew what a reasonable price for flowers would be that would be helpful lol. I’ve seen anywhere from $150 for the bouquet to $500+ the bouquet so I just don’t want to overpay!

I ordered mine from Etsy and the lady is from China. I had ordered fake flowers from her before to make my own bouquet but in the end I decided to just get a custom package from her. Was about $280 for my bouquet, a MoH one, 2 bridesmaids, 3 corsages, 1 grooms boutonniere, and 5 groomsmen ones. They were perfect! Arrived really quickly and people kept asking me how long they would last (they all thought that they were real flowers!)

I got everything I needed for less than $500, so it was super budget friendly.

We were not specifically on a budget for flowers however, neither of us are big on flowers. Our florist is going to go with a mix of real and fake flowers, we also want Magnolia's which aren't sturdy once clipped so silk floral's are the best option here. I am also working with her on some of our own pre-created/purchased fake floral's for the reception.

This is my mock up of our head table arrangement. I got these at Hobby Lobby on sale (50% off) and I think they look fine. I also don't care if people know they are silks, I personally have only noticed silk flowers if they look very bad/cheap. Do your research, get your hands on the materials and keep a keen eye out and you'll be successful!

I’m purchasing fresh flowers for the boutonnières and bouquets. I’m using foam flowers in my Centerpieces though. They’re really pretty and are much more affordable. I can buy 100 flowers with stems on Amazon for $23.00.

You are so welcome!! I love that they have pretty much everything you could want/need for florals and you can mix and match different styles. I think it’s really cute that they even have dog collars you can rent. Smiley smile

I got mine from michaels and hobby lobby.
I actually bought my bouquet and the bridal boquets from a previous bride for $50. We are going for an entire fall vibe. She sent photos and they photographed very well

I am doing all fake flowers, I don't have pictures yet though! My mom made them all! We used coupons at Hobby Lobby, and found GORGEOUS flowers at Dollar Tree (yes, Dollar tree!). All of them look so real! Unless you get really close or feel them, you legitimately cannot tell the difference.

We spent less than $50 on 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 groomsmen boutonnieres, and 7 family corsages/boutonnieres. The best part? My bouquet will look like it on my wedding day forever! I'm actually using the same fake flower bouquet my mom used at my parents' wedding! We revamped and replaced some flowers, but it still looks similar to my mom's!

Thank you for this! I’ve only requested quotes from a few flower shops and the price for just my bouquet was 200+ and I just that was insane. I’ll search for more that are more reasonable.

After reading everyone’s responses I think this is the route I’m going to go too. I feel like I want real flowers for my bouquet, but I also love wood flowers for the centerpiece and their inexpensive. Thanks for the help!!
