"Fall" Colors for a Spring Wedding...Thoguhts?

I don't think there are color rules, go with what you love.

Totally acceptable. I almost had a "spring" color for my fall wedding. My friend had pastel purple in fall. There are no rules.

I'm also doing spring in the fall! You do you! It'll be great!

I know what you mean...I'm in love with burgundy, gold, and blush for my May wedding...I think at the end of the day, you have to just go for it and pick what you like best.

My FH's friend got married in April and their colors were orange and blue. The guys wore brown suits with orange ties. The colors looked great together. No one cared that it was spring. Do whatever colors you like!

Go with what you like. Just because it's a certain season doesn't mean that you have to choose the right colors. My colors are Black & White with Red as an accent color and mine is in August. Do you!

Go for it! There are no rules on color.

You can always do a dark ( Navy Blue ) and a light (Lime) or (Peach). That way you can get the fall look without looking like a holiday wedding .

Choose whatever colors you want! I agree that navy and then a lighter color (like a peach or yellow) would look great!

Navy and blush go great together... Add a touch of gold! Wahlah!!!

I agree with PP, colour "rules" don't matter!! People like using the season for inspiration, but it is definitely not a RULE by any means. Pick whatever colours you like best.

What about navy, coral and gold? The coral and gold would bring in touches of fall, but still be light enough to not scream FALL.

Im doing a darker purple and my wedding is in April. It's your wedding. Do what you want.

Do it... if we hadn't landed our venue this fall we would have pushed to spring. I would have kept the same color scheme of 'jewel tones'

ETA I am a little biased though... i like deeper colors.

I had Navy with a dark pink purple in June.

I always wanted a winter wedding but didn't want to wait that long to get married so we picked the month we met to get married in.
