Personally I would try to mix both in on the colors for fall and Halloween and foliage and flowers together also

I like them both the flowers go better with our colors but I love the fall leaves too that's one of the things that makes me love fall in the first place.

I'm hoping for a mix of both honestly. Flowers for the bouquets since the fall ones will be in season, but foliage for decorations since it would not only be seasonal and pretty, but affordable as well
