False lashes

As a professional stylist I advise you to do lash extensions!! They are beautiful, natural and will last well after the date . They are not as cheap but you get what you pay for honestly. It’s amazing how just lashes some great eyebrows and lipstick can make you feel absolutely unstoppable. Best of luck !!!!

I'm a HUGE crier so I think false eyelashes are not in my best interest. I am thinking of extensions though. My cousin cautioned me to have them done as a trial well before the wedding. She had a bad reaction to them apparently.

This is me without lashes and although i look good without them, you don't get married often and this will be my second marriage but i didn't do anything for my first so i want to feel like my husband's most beautiful angel whose going to be by his side supporting him and looking great threw all issues. I think Wedding Day is a preview of what u will get for the rest of marriage.

I tried both the last extensions ,absolutely hated them and FH told me they didn't look right on me, not to mention when they came out it was awful and the false lashes (fell off halfway through the wedding of a friend, like hanging down on my eye so embarrassing) I am going to skip them, I think they look beautiful on everyone else but me. I squint, I blink, and I touch them constantly.

I'm not a fan of false eyelash strips, they are too heavy. I got eyelash extensions for the wedding and they don't feel like they're even there.

Thank you for all the additional comments and advice! I think I am going to go the route of lash growth formula and no false lashes. I know I will ball like a baby and dont want to risk them coming off.

I’m doing lash extensions as well. If you’re interested in that I would start now so you can get used to them/ know when to schedule your fills and what not. I love them. As far as fake lashes go, I love the half ones, where it’s only the outer corner. You apply mascara regularly and the. Apply the lashes to one half of your eyes after the mascara dries. It looks great! I did this for my engagement pictures.

You could also ask a Sephora counter or something like that to apply fake lashes. Do your makeup like usual and then have them apply the lashes for you before you head to the ceremony, but that might be a hassle

I always have individual extensions in. I can't imagine not having them but even more intense on my wedding day.
But, it is just personal preference and whatever will make you feel your best and be the most comfortable :-)

I did my trial recently and she put on fake lashes. I couldn’t wait to take them off! I definitely won’t wear them,but it’s probably because I’m not used to them. I’ve never worn them before my trial.

I wear lashes almost daily .. is test out more options .. I love them I don't notice heavy though since I'm a daily user lol

I wear them every time I get my makeup done. I actually had extensions but my eyes are way to sensitive and I cry often (because of bright sun for example) so I had to ditch them. The falsies do the trick and I love how my eyes seem more expressive for photos.

I learned to apply them recently watching youtube videos. The trick is to curl your natural lashes first, then place the falsies (before adding glue!) on top of yours to make sure the size is correct. Remove them, trim if necessary, and apply glue: make sure you apply glue and give it a few seconds before placing them (so its not too wet) and you want to place them right above your lashes not on top of your roots (if it makes sense) - pay attention to the end of them (I apply a little extra glue there) because they are the ones that sometimes don't stick right.

I like to buy them at Sephora, they will show you a lot of options and advise on which ones are better for you to do on your own.

I was using fake lashes all my life ) What to say about my own eyelashes, that became tiny and sick!! To Grow my real lashes i did a lot of research finally I decided to try lash growth dermalmd serum because I dislike the hassle of fake lashes, and while mascara is okay, I liked the idea of simply growing my natural lashes.
