My engagement shoot is tomorrow. The dress I’m wearing is one with spaghetti straps and off the shoulder ruffles so I can’t be wearing a bra with straps. However... the back of the bra can’t be showing either because of a cut out in the back exposing my back and showing my strap. Does a strapless bra exist with a clear back?

Sticky bra! Head to Target or Walmart and they have them. The cups go over your boobs (obviously, lol) and they it has sticky pads that stick to your skin just on the sides. I wore them a lot for show choir in high school and they stand up to moving and sweating really well.

There's adhesive bras with no back or you can go the tape route.

Yeah, get a sticky bra! I wear them all the time with backless shirts/dresses. I have the ones that are entirely sticky (instead of having any fabric) so you just have to make it stick correctly where it’ll keep your boobs lifted. It works well for me!

I wore a sticky bra for my wedding and worked well. I wouldn’t say it does much pushing up (especially if you have a bigger bust) but it provides some support!
