Father Daughter song suggestions

I need help finding a father daughter song! Me and my dad weren't too close when I was growing up, and a lot of the songs I have heard are to lovey dovey! And we aren't religous, I never noticed until now, that a lot of them are religous! Suggestions needed!!!

    Im doing "little miss magic" by jimmy buffett. another one on my faves is cinderella i cant remember who sings it. i also like my little girl my tim mcgraw!

    Have you looked at the list of songs on Wedding Wire? There are a lot of ideas there. Just click on Songs and then go to the Father Daughter Dance section. I would suggest a song about you rather than a song about you and your father. Songs like "You look wonderful tonight" or "You are so beautiful" Good luck.

    We are using Little Miss Magic by Jimmy Buffett too. Dad is a big Buffett fan as am I. We are not real close, but we used to be when I was little. He adopted me when I was 6 and has been dad ever since.

    We're doing Cinderella. I'm having a fairy tale themed wedding, and my daddy and I used to dance all the time, though we're not too close anymore. So it fit perfectly.

    Glad you posted this question! I'm going to write down everyone suggestions to listen to all songs. Off the top of my head, I don't like too many country songs, but really like the one Maui Bride mentioned- Butterfly kisses.

    Me and my dad are somewhat close. We have a pretty good relationship but I am by no means a daddy's girl..which is why I picked "When you say nothing at all"-Allison Krause.. It is the perfect song for girls who aren't really daddy's girls but still have a close relationship with their father.
