Father of the Bride Proposal

Hi guys, I recently lost my father to cancer, so he will not be here to walk me down the aisle and give me away. I have decided to ask my uncle/dads best friend to do it. I am looking for a sweet quote or poem to use! I would like to put the quote on a frame and fram a picture of him and my dad, so maybe something about filling big shoes? Any ideas and input is appreciated! Thanks in advance

    This is something I saw on Pinterest. I’ll keep looking though. I am trying to figure out a way to ask my brother (not the best relationship with father) to walk me down the isle so if I see anything that relates to yours I’ll send them your way!

    I love the idea of the framed picture!

    If you can't find the perfect quote, perhaps you could put something more general on the frame, and then write a personalized card/letter?
