I just got married in New Orleans and we had some phenomenal vendors so I wanted to share!!!
Paint’d: Aimee and Fabiola brought their team to our hotel to do manicures and nail art. They were so fantastic and I thought it was very reasonably priced for mobile services. You can also go to their adorable salon.
Gretta at NOLA Tan for spray tans.
Desiree at Badass Balloons came over and decorated our Bourbon Street Balcony entertainment suite with a beautiful abstract balloon installation. Everyone loved it! She has some amazing installations on her Instagram and could probably do a really cool backdrop for a wedding.
Elias at NOLA Boards. They make custom cutting boards. We ordered these as gifts for our parents and other VIPs. They are a local company and they did a beautiful job engraving them.
Blake at Dirty Coast and Rachel at Bayou Brands did our go cups and koozies. We looooved them and they worked very quickly to get us designs and get everything printed up.
Lionheart Designs did our second line hankie and they were adorable. Kinfolk Brass Band did our second line- several people said it was the best second line they’ve ever done for a wedding.
Sweet Pea and Tulip did the bags for our Welcome bags. They were easy to work with- you could use an existing design, customize an existing design, or they would do the design work for you. We went with their existing “New Orleans is always a good idea” design and stuffed them with Zappa, pralines, and hot sauce!
Studio Vieux Carre did our videography. Haven’t seen the final product yet but they were super people. Very unobtrusive. I don’t even really remember seeing them all day or night.
HD Photobooth was our choice for a Photobooth. We loved their black and white aesthetic and that they didn’t use props. The photos were gorgeous. Everyone looks good in B+W!
Kim Star Wise did all the florals. They were beautiful and creative.
Our cake was Fromm Chasing Wang- I’m not lying when I say it was delicious. We had a combo of almond cake and red velvet. Her cakes are beautiful and taste even better. She also gave the best tasting we went to before the big day.
Harry Hardin did the ceremony music. We wanted a jazz sound and they sent over four guys and the music was fantastic! They also provided sound for the officiant so the crowd would hear us!
our venues were pharmacy museum and Latrobes- we loved both. We also did the rehersal dinner/Welcome Party at Brennan’s. Food all weekend was too notch! Luminous Events and Distressed Rentals helped dress up our venues!
