Favorite appetizers and late night snacks

For apps, we’re trying to balance having a couple that include meat and then a couple of vegetarian options.. for ours we’re doing:
Veggie pot stickers
Nacho bites Pulled pork on cornbread Spinach and artichoke tartlet Charcuterie table
I love seafood, but people can sometimes be finicky about it, so we went away from that and thought the charcuterie table was a good plan for those who just want to lightly snack, while the others listed will be passed during cocktail hour.
For late night snacks in my experience carbs are best We’re having: Pizza Large pretzels with dips French fries As a guest, I’m just appreciative when people have late night snacks! That’s really kind of you to think about that for your guests.

I'm a big fan of appetizers in general, so I'm pretty easy to please. I will say, if it's a destination wedding I love when the couple incorporates local foods. For late night snacks, I've found greasy carbs go over best (things like pizza, mini tacos, sliders, french fries).

I love tortilla chips and popcorn, so we're serving chips and salsa as a late night snack. Appetizers will be local foods as well as fruit and vegetable platters.

I was going to serve s'mores and pizza. We're going for a summer camp type situation, at a lodge in the mountains.

My caterer has these amazing mini eggrolls with a Philly cheesesteak filling that I’m super excited for!

Among the usual appetizers, we are having a sushi bar which I am super excited about since I feel it really fits the Godzilla theme!
