Favorite cake flavor/filling?

We haven't done a tasting yet and probably wont until early next year but holy shit I need some cake now after reading all of these.

We've decided on yellow cake with strawberry filling for the bottom tier, middle tier is chocolate with Bavarian cream and the top tier is yellow cake with pineapple filling...everything is cream cheese frosting.... Bavarian cream is really good and it's not too sweet

We chose red velvet. Yum!

We're doing champagne cake with white chocolate buttercream and red velvet with cream cheese.

The absolute best we tried was almond praline---I can't stop thinking about it. FH really really wanted a carrot cake though, so I gave in....but somehow, someway, I am going to order one of those almond praline cakes for myself. Maybe for my own birthday....

Inside each tier of our cake was 4 layers so I chose to make it like it was two cakes. We did chocolate cake rum filling chocolate cake vanilla filling yellow cake raspberry filling yellow cake

We chose different flavor a white cake with fresh strawberries and banana filling and marble cake with chocolate filling and chocolate cake with Brazilian cream we love chocolate. But 2 tier with half sheet

We're doing a vanilla rum cake with dulce de leche filling. We almost went with the pina colada which was super good too.

We're doing our tasting on Saturday!! I can't wait! We're trying chocolate with fudge filling, vanilla with pineapple filling, red velvet with cream cheese filling, rum butter with vanilla buttercream, and raspberry with vanilla buttercream.

Cake tasting was such a fun part of planning! Our cake had different flavors and fillings for each tier. The largest tier was yellow cake with caramel creme filling. The second tier was devil's food chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate creme filling. The third layer was red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and the top tier was almond cake with peanut butter creme filling. The whole cake was swiss buttercream icing.

Mmmmm chocolate custard sounds amazing!! We are having Boston creme filling with vanilla cake, chocolate cake with smores filling and red velvet with vanilla filling.

We ended up with Champagne cake and strawberry filling, cookies and cream, and triple chocolate. But, when we went to the tasting there was one that I wish we had picked over the cookies and cream and it was something with Bailey's. It was so good! Have fun!

We chose chocolate cake with Kahlua cream filling!!. Can't wait to have some in 30 days!!

We had a lemon chiffon cake with vanilla custard filling, as well as a yellow cake with cannoli cream filling (both with buttercream frosting.)

I see you have cannoli as a filling option, I would definitely recommend it!

I don't think we are actually doing any fillings bc the cake flavors we chose were so delicious! We chose spice, vanilla, and chocolate.

I love cake! When I go to parties/ weddings/ showers I'm always excited about how pretty a cake is and how yummy it is!.. So I'm excited to order a cake for my vow renewal.. I want a 2 tier cake-- bottom marble with banana filing and top red velvet with cream cheese filing.. Yummy! Our cake appointment isn't til November.. Bummer. Good luck with yours ladies.. Xo
