Google Sheets was a lifesaver and has a template for weddings (organizes budgets, guest lists, etc.).

Yes! ^ agree with JM Sunshine. Google Sheets is probably the best one to use.

I have a folder on my computer for all the wedding things. It has subfolders for vendor contracts, payment receipts, paperwork we needed to give to our church, etc. I also have a spreadsheet with all guests' names and addresses that I sent around to FH, his parents, and my parents. I didn't want to make that one a Google sheet because FH and I are the ones paying, so I want to make sure we have a hold on how many people are on the list.
