Favors?

We will only have 10 guest so we are doing a super wish list type of thing from silky pj’s, 1 couples massage gift certificate for each couple Ralph Lauren candles and a full size bottle of blue moscato (since our wedding is the day before the 4th of July) and a few more goodies from Neiman Marcus. Less guest made it really easy to focus on making it a grand affair while sticking to a 20,000.00 budget.

We are going to do wedding favors, I originally was going to do something edible and cheap because let's be honest it is a waste of money when most of the guests aren't going to keep a favor that has your names on it and wedding date, they'll either throw them in a junk drawer until eventually they throw them out or just leave them at the wedding for you to have to take. And you will have spent all that money for nothing when you could have used that money elsewhere. I decided to take a look at cheap wedding favors on Amazon and found these cute bottle openers that look like keys and they were a good price you get 60 keys for $21, so we got those and might also give our guests a small bag of candy.

We're doing a treat table with "for the road" goodie bag as favors.

We decided to skip favors and put the money we would have spent on favors towards our open bar being open 1 hour longer, and a sweets table with dessert, with a chocolate fountain. I feel many times the favors often end up being forgotten where as everyone loves food.

We're getting little bottles and putting m&ms in them. It's disney themed so we're gonna put an eat me tag on it (alice in wonderland) and probably a little thanks for coming message or something on the other side of the tag

We are doing a dessert bar, candy apples, chocolate covered strawberries etc. Everyone's gotta sweet tooth❤

I work in the wedding industry and used to work 80-100 weddings a year. At almost every wedding with favors, there were SO many thrown away or just left on the tables for the family to clean up. Really cute idea but there is ALWAYS left overs and is almost always a hassle for clean up. I guarantee that guests will not wonder why you don’t have favors. They care more about their experience with food and dancing!

Koozies because my honey loves them so we don’t mind if we take a bunch home.

I’m doing handmade satin Christmas ornaments. Well my step mom made each one. figured if any are left behind I’ll have extra for my tree.

My FH and I met because we are both big Star Wars nerds, and all of our guests are traveling to our wedding, so we are doing Star Wars luggage tags as favors. We're also doing fleece blankets as favors as our ceremony is outdoors and it might be cold. Like someone else mentioned, we plan to donate any leftover blankets to a shelter.

We are doing a candy/desert bar so people are free to choose and take what they want and there will be to go bags as a favor or they can enjoy it throughout the night (I originally thought of this, but when I saw it was a HUGE HIT at a friends wedding I went to, especially with the kids, I knew it was perfect for us). It will primarily be of stuff we love that a lot of others agree on so if there is a large amount left over, it won't be wasted because we can enjoy them! Stuff like rock candy, chocolate, macaroons, and other festive treats in our favorite colors.

We're doing maple syrup because our wedding is in the fall, and who doesn't like some tasty syrup!
