Favors

I am doing a small laser etched favor box and getting candies almonds from Blue Diamond where my parents sell their Almonds to after harvest. I think edibles like pp are saying is the way to go. I went to my cousins wedding and she had tin cans with chocolate covered espresso beans and they were a huge hit with everyone.

We are thinking of doing fresh honey (little tubes from our hive) - since I started an apiary club in college and did a commercial for our school.

We skipped them altogether.

No one seems to have noticed, because I haven't heard a peep about not having any.

Exactly! I had a couple that I held on to for a little bit because they were too cute to throw away but they just sat in a box in until I eventually threw it away because I had no use for it. Coozies to me are definitely more cute/meaningful for the couple. I think we are going to do personalized wine glasses or something for just us. I know the personalized stuff looks so cute at the wedding but you're already pouring so much money into this wedding, why waste more on things that no one cares about? Just my thought.

If you opt for favors do edible ones! We love kettle corn so we are doing cinnamon kettle corn. Between the bags of popcorn we purchased, the bags they go in and the little tags for each we spent maybe $50 to make 100 portions!

We are doing stemless wine glasses customized. There was a big sale going on at the knot shop! I wanted something that people can use over and over again! So that every time they use it, they remember our big day
