The only picture I have is from trying it on dress shopping. I can’t wait to wear it but I have another 8 months to go. Sigh.

And just for fun, here is me and my girl. She just had to try in a pretty dress too that day. She isn’t a flower girl as she’s 9, but I let her try on the pretty dress. She will be a bridesmaid and she does love her dress for that.

I have been down too.
Everyone I know has canceled or postponed and I’m still moving forward with our November 21st wedding. I’ve wanted to go put it on a few times, but between the few pounds I found during the lockdown and my mom telling me not to, I haven’t even unzipped the bag to look at my dress since February.

I love the whole idea of the illusion of a low-back and had always wanted something with a low back, or even backless, and never found anything flattering. My dress gave me that look while also giving me enough support. I had the option to line it at no additional cost, but I somehow love that part about the dress!

Here is mine! This was at my what was supposed to be the last fitting before alterations. Funny story, I picked my dress in August 2020, 3 months before my May wedding I hated my dress 😱, luckily I was able to exchange (thanks DB!) and I picked this one which I LOVE! The dress came in right before COVID I had to pick it up curbside and didn’t get to try it. My May wedding was postponed to September, I went in for this fitting right when they opened in July and scheduled my alterations. Then my wedding was postponed again to Feb 2021. I cancelled my alterations and rescheduled for January, hoping to lose a few lbs. I cannot wait to wear my dress, it’s everything I wanted 🥰!!! I’m so happy I was able to exchange.
