Feeling guilty

So, on my registry I pretty much registered how all the sites say to and followed 3 rules 1. Choose a few price points 2. Don't register for things you don't want 3. So, on my registry I pretty much registered how all the sites say to and followed 3 rules

1. Choose a few price points

2. Don't register for things you don't want

3. Think ahead, not just what you'll need now, but what you'll need when you host thanksgiving dinner or when you have friends over for drinks

However, I feel like I have too much on it. And some of it, though they're things I need, they are a little pricey. I know that's the whole point, but I mean I registered for a dining room table because we don't have one. And now I feel guilty and keep changing things up. Has anyone else felt like this?

Don't forget to check in our your registries regularly! Things get discontinued, out of stock, or new things get added all the time. My planner gave me a few tips. Register, even if you don't need a lot of stuff, you can always go back and buy that expensive couch or dining table with the returned items, gift cards and your registry discount after the wedding. Also, people tend to spend more on actual gifts than giving cash.

Do not feel guilty! I only ended up getting about 70% of the items on my registry but now I plan to go back with the cash and gift cards I got and go and purchase the items I still want/need. It is better to have it on there than not in my opinion. Especially for us because we get like 30% off all our registry items after the wedding, which is nice! Smiley smile

There's no need to feel guilty. If people feel like an item is too expensive, they just won't buy it. Just make sure to have plenty of gifts in all the price ranges.
