FEVER ON WEDDING DAY!

Emily, on July 25, 2016 at 1:39 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 29

It's the morning of my wedding and I woke up at 5am with an awful fever and in pain all over.

I want to sob. It's supposed to be the best day of my life. I'm supposed to be giddy with excitement and happiness but I just want to stay in bed.

Home remedies, words of wisdom or virtual hugs welcome.

    Eek!! What awful luck!

Take some Tylenol, pronto. Drink some fluids, take a bath. See how you feel after that.

I hope you feel better really soon!!

Oh no, I'm so sorry. What time is your wedding? Hot tea with honey and lemon and take a shot of brown liquor. I've never tried it but my dad swears by it as a quick remedy.

Yikes. What the other ladies have said: Tylenol around the clock and keep hydrated. Make sure you keep up with the Tylenol (you can piggyback with Motrin too) or you will feel like crap as soon as it wears off again.

Take an Alka Seltzer cold and flu for day time and for about an hour you'll forget you were sick. But then you'll start to get the icky feeling back and may possibly feel tired
