Known each other since we were in car seats, friends for years, together for three years, engaged for a week, and married in a few months! We took this picture right after he popped the question and I love to look at it to see all the joy on our faces! Best day of my life (for now 😊)! 02-02-2019

This is a picture of us at Arikok National Park in Aruba. We met exactly a year ago yesterday and needless to say things moved quickly! Through the short time I've known him I've changed more than in my previous relationships, all for the better. I wouldn't say I've changed as a person but I've learned to also consider my own needs instead of just focusing on keeping those around me happy. He is the most caring, affectionate, intelligent, funny, understanding man I know, and has become my best friend. We understand each other at every level, have fun even doing the most mundane things, and share a love of traveling. There is still some time until our wedding in May 2020, but we look forward to the journey ahead

So cute! Did you two stay in touch as you grew up or did you connect later in life?

My future husband and I met on a dating app called POF. He would reach out to me every morning saying good morning beautiful and it would be like 2-3 days later for me to respond because I use to work nights and my days were pretty much me sleeping. But when I did respond I always apologize and informed him that you know that I was very appreciative of him reaching out to me every morning thanking him for the compliment because I was definitely not used to getting any and carry on a conversation from there. It was like a year of us conversing back-and-forth on the website then we met a couple days after Christmas the following year then we dated and then a year after that we became engaged
