Fiancés family

Ann, on November 12, 2019 at 10:49 PM Posted in Planning 0 5
On Halloween 10/31 we went over to my fiancé’s sisters house to asked his nieces to be in my wedding as attendants. (One is 18 & the other is 22). The 18 year old was home so I gave her gift right away & she of course said “yes!”
The 22 year old still lives there with mom, but wasn’t home when I came over I left the gift on the counter. It is now November 12 and I still haven’t received anything from her- meaning an answer. Im not gonna lie I’m offended?. I’m just confused?

We messaged her mom to make sure she got it, and her own moms word were “what a brat, I can’t believe she hasn’t messaged you”.. that was 2 days ago.

I would reach out to the 22 year old niece directly and ask if she got the gift and if she is interested in participating in your wedding.

Sorry correction! It was October 26th! Not that it makes a big difference.

Reach out to her directly rather than contacting her mom since she is 22 years old.

She could just be very forgetful as well! Not that it excuses that, but it happens. Reach out to her instead Smiley smile
