Final Venue Meeting

Today is my final venue walk through and meeting. I have so anxious and so excited.

So if any of you have any questions you forgot to ask or did ask, let me know what they were. I know my brain is just going to melt when i get there hahaha. I do have some written down to ask so i can make sure i do.

    In my experience the most important thing is to make sure the venue and the vendors all follow the same schedule and timeline of events if a DJ goes rogue or if the venue forgets something it could offset the entire event

    I have my timeline printed out for each vendor and it has been emailed to them so hopefully this will not be an issue

    I suggest confirming what time the linens will be on the tables and confirm they are pressed as well ❤️

    If there’s not a floor plan, see if you can sketch it out and any permenant fixtures that can’t be moved. If they have to set the chairs up a certain way - like for the ceremony - ask about that.
    See how they work with you for room set up so you can get a plan for where decor goes. (This part is stressing me out!)
