Agh! What a sigh of relief! Backstory- we had to change our wedding plans because of a family emergency. We moved things up and shortened our guest list to immediate family. But even before this we didn’t have permission to get married there without completing a Marriage 101 course. I’ve been having trouble getting in contact with our church about our change of plans and permission to substitute our premarital 1 on 1 counseling for the group course.
We finally got to sit down with our executive pastor today and got permission! He is also going to switch stuff around for us to reflect our new plans. On top of that our premarital counselor (through the church) offered to officiate for us. We are some happy people right now I’ll tell you what!
