Haha! with the FMIL and seperation anxiety I can totally relate!!

We haven't decided mine and FH's song yet, thing about Natural High- Merle Haggard (we listen to mostly oldies country)

Father/Daughter will be Angels Among Us-Alabama. It was the song we dance to at my benefit after my brain tumor when I was 8. Dad has no idea, he's gonna ball like a baby!

The church where we are having our ceremony does not allow any secular music, so we've decided to do more classical pieces. These are tentative song choices:

    Arrival of Guests:

Minuet in G Minor/Sheep May Safely Graze by Bach

Moonlight Sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven

Laudate Dominium by W. Amadeus Mozart

    Grooms Entrance:

    A Thousand Years

    Reading:

    Undecided

    Processional:

Forever in Love by Kenny G

    Reading:

    Undecided

    Bride's Entrance:

    Undecided

    Footwashing:

Gabriel's Oboe by Yo Yo Ma

    Handffasting:

All I Want is You by Vitamin String Quartet

    God's Knot:

Oboe Concert in D Minor OP9 No. 2 by Allegro

    Recessional:

Solid by Ashford & Simpson (this is the only song that is confirmed)

We are ballroom dancers, so we are trying to incorporate all different genres of dance! (Rumba, cha-cha, samba, nightclub, swing, polka, waltz and Viennese waltz).

Arrival of Guests (Background Music): (Tentative)

Kristin Andreassen - Crayola Doesn't Make A Color For Your Eyes

Claire Denamur - In The Mood For L'amour

    Rogue Wave- Eyes

    Groom's and Groomsmen Entrance: Tentative

He says that he has an awesome list of 'possibles'.

This was one of the possibilities...Final Fantasy VII - Rufus Welcoming Ceremony

Bride's Entrance: George Frideric Handel - The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba from the oratorio Solomon (1749)

    Recessional: Tentative

This-Thomas Dolby - She Blinded Me With Science

Or- Cantina Band - Star Wars

Father/Daughter Dance: Wind Beneath my Wings - BETTE MIDLER

    First Dance:

Tentative- We have a list of songs we are looking at, but haven't really chosen one yet.

We are looking to do a nightclub-2-step dance for the first dance, which is a (sometimes) traveling slow dance.

Good choices, especially BMTH! I'm trying so hard to fit our metal head sides in with the music but I can't quite make it work. This is what I've decided on fr right now, it changes a lot though lol. BM/GM entrance song: vitamin string quartet cover of come as you are by nirvana. My entrance song: VSQ cover of I'm yours by Jason Mraz. First dance: thinking out loud by Ed Sheeran. Daddy daughter: Cinderella by Steven Curtis chapman.
