First dance song AND why?!

Death of a Bachelor by Panic! at the Disco. FH heard it, loved it, thought it described quite well how he feels about marriage/us. It's pretty easy to dance to as well.

It was one of the first song I played from my playlist when we met, that he had not heard before and he instantly loved it. Now it's two years later, it's one of our favorite songs, so it just seemed like the right choice.

"You're the reason I come home" by Ron Pope.

We both have dangerous jobs and some days our only goal is to just get home to hold each other. There's also several lines in there that are exactly the embodiment of how we feel about each other. It's kind of spooky.

Eric Benet feat. Tamia - Spend My Life With You, he sent me this song one day out of the blue and told me he loved me so much. 2 weeks later he proposed. I was taken back. Whew. I tearing up now. Lol.

This is by far the hardest thing for us to figure out.

We love music. We met at a concert! But when it comes to choosing our first dance song, we're clueless.

"Like I'm gonna lose you" as covered by Jasmine Thompson. My husband chose it. He said it reminded him of me. He heard it once on the radio. The original of course, and couldn't shake the feeling that that is what he wanted to dance to on our wedding day. We then chose this version together. It was slower and we liked that. But we love both versions.

We didn't. Make any decisions yet, but I really want to dance to Kenny Loggins "With this Ring." It's not a real popular song, but I'm a big fan of his (I'm probably a bit young to be a fan, but I don't care, lol)

The song is kind of self explanatory; it's about love and commitment after the wedding. It's a beautiful, kinda upbeat ballad, so we'll be able to do a few spins instead of swaying back and fourth.

"You had me from hello" by Kenny Chesney ... It is very fitting for how we met and we're having our reception in a barn so a country song seems right. Love me some Kenny!

We are both in our 40s and our first dance song is a classic country song called I Believe in you by Don Williams.

Because of the superman and Robin Hood part.

I told him there was no song like that and well there is and it fit us so it became our song.

All About Us- He is We because from the moment I heard it I knew I wanted it.

We used Mean to Me by Brett Eldredge. First time I heard it I was driving and just lit up. Then once we got engaged we both decided on it pretty early into the planning process. We used it all started with a beer during our beer unity ceremony. We met in the middle of the lake and it did all start with a beer for us too!
