First dance

Ok ladies: so, we had our sing picked and even almost finished dance lessons, but I hurt my hip! I’m just starting to recover finally 3 months later so we aren’t going to aggravate it continuing lessons. We also could not practice so we forgot most steps other than a box. Anyways, we were dancing to Franki Valli, Cant take my Eyes off of you. But, it’s upbeat and I’m not sure I can dance to it now with my hip and certainly not any routine lol. I know it’s not necessary but since neither of us dance we wanted to learn.
So either we keep it, and by the way, we love it and the words, or we do another fave. Elvis, Cant Help Falling In Love with you. Super easy to dance slowly to, but have you ever loved a song and not really thought about what the words mean? I just realized the first part of the song is odd and slightly inappropriate for a wedding dance. Do I let that stop me or care and just go with it since we both like it?
