I was super undecided on what to do. I thought not doing anything before would be nice so we are in the moment, but I also didn't want to miss cocktail hour. But FH wanted first look and thought it would be better. His only request was that we didn't have anyone but the photographer around when we did the first look. Then we can move to have pics with the bridal party. Our photographer as well as a few others I've spoken with highly recommended doing first look. So ultimately that is what we are going to do. I think it will be better for the flow of things and because we don't want to miss cocktail hour, especially the specialty whiskey bar we got and the pizza station!
