First look / First touch?

I think a first touch is a great alternative to a first look! You kind of get the best of both worlds - still keeping the tradition of not seeing each other, but still getting to have a moment together before the ceremony. Plus, being around your significant other for that moment could help ease nerves and make you both feel a little more calm for the ceremony.

That is deeply romantic. I love that.

We’re going to have a door in between us so we can do first touch. That way it gives us a little boost that we’re here for one another and we are also, praying for each other. I think that is a beautiful way instead of first look.

I've seen pictures of these are they always look so precious! I'd love to find a way to do this at our church, but there's so many windows that it's a challenge to avoid being seen lol.

25 years ago we didn’t have the option…If I could go back, I would totally do a first look! Hubby & I are social but it was overwhelming & wish I could have a few more minutes with him to calm me on our wedding day!
