Hello everyone,

I don't know if any of you have seen my previous discussion Shredding Before the Wedding. If so, I found an app that we can all use that is compatible with EVERY fitness tracker ever made and is both iOS and Android friendly.

The app is called StrideKick.

This group will be a good motivator for everyone who needs some motivation to eat healthy, exercise, etc before their big day. Please check it out!

In all honesty, you don't necessarily NEED a fitness tracker. The app lets you enter in your steps manually. With that being said, you can just purchase a generic pedometer and save some money. If you want to buy one, however, I would suggest something simple like a FitBit Flex (simple for just steps) or FitBit Blaze (more expensive, but you can track the exercise right on the watch). Those are what I had before I received my Apple Watch from my FH for Christmas. I can't speak for any Garmin or other manufacturers, but FitBit has been good to me in the time that I've had it.

You can get Google Fit from the play store and use that or just do manual entry.
