Flaky makeup artist

My wedding is in 3 days!! I am using the same makeup artist that I used for my engagement shoot in October. At that time she was great and very responsive. Now that the wedding is here, her response time is ultra slow! I asked her about a month ago to add my mom to the package and it took her forever to get back to me. I understand that she is busy on the weekends and there’s a lot going on right now as far as events. But she got back to me a week after she said she would. I just reached out to her about the timeline so hopefully I get a prompt response. I’m just nervous about her not showing up on time or at all, and I did not have this feeling during my engagement pics. And the worst part is, everything is paid in full at this point! If it wasn’t I would have found a new makeup artist. What should I do?!?!
