Wait for Old Navy to have a coupon, I think they have one for 20% off right now. I dont think you are going to find flip flops much less than that.

We actually found Chinese cotton Mary Janes more popular that flip flops. They stay on better, and can be worn even by guests who wear hose. We found them for as little as $29.99 a dozen, including the shipping, or 45 cents each plus the shipping. Here's a link that gives our sources:

At first I thought that you were looking for a "flip flop basket" as in some sort of basket that was flip floppy... Ha!

Look on eBay for a lot of flip flops, that's what I did and got a great deal.

Or wait for Old Navy to do their $1 flip flop sale. I wanted to buy flip flops for everyone since our ceremony is on the sand but just didn't find decent pricing and didn't like how bulk was mens or womens I just wanted unisex ones and didn't have much luck finding something I was willing to spend the money for.

I got mine on ebay. Just put bulk flip flops in the search engine and any and every color come up. Some have best offers!

The $1 sale at old navy was in June last year, so probably too late for yours. I got all of mine from there. I got my basket at Home Goods (owned by Marshall's) for....$12.99 I think. I will post a picture from my iPad. Hold on!
