Floral Budget (If you don't mind sharing)

I'm waiting on pins and needles for my florist to get my quote for flowers and decor back to me. While I'm in the dark, I'd love to know what you guys are paying for flowers and what you're getting for that amount (with pics if you have any)!

We are buying in bulk from Costco and doing them ourselves. 2 boxes of baby's breath and 1 box of white roses. Each box is 89.99, so we'll spend around $300.

Even though, at first, I was so "OMG MY BILL IS HOW MUCH?" about the florals, once I saw them all, I was floored by how much I got for what I paid.

Haha, yeah...it's crazy how much flowers can cost. We've budgeted around the same as you ($5k) for ours because that's probably one of the most important aspects to me. I'm hoping it'll be under that amount, but IF my florist (who does absolutely beautiful work without charging an arm and a leg from what I've read) goes to the top of our budget, I'm fine with it because we'll be getting amazing flowers.

Our budget is $550 and I hope to be under budget. We're only purchasing bouquets for me, my BM, my mom, FMIL, and 2 grandmothers and then we're renting potted plants.

We budgeted $4,000 and came in a little under. Our main flowers will be peonies, garden roses, spray roses, anemones, thistle, and dahlias. We have:

    1 bridal bouquet

    6 bridesmaids bouquets

    1 groom bout

    6 groomsmen bouts

    3 mom corsages

    3 grandmother's pin-ons

    4 grandfather pin-ons

    Arch

    Table Runner

14 centerpieces in high and medium

We may end up adding a little bit more but I have to wait to go to meet with our coordinator.

My total budget was 1500 and right now I am under!

It is 950 for my bouquet, two BM bouquets, one toss, 9 boutineers, and 4 corsages.

Another 200 for my bulk flowers as I am doing my center pieces myself and just ordering the flowers from the shop. My flowers are a mix of roses and wild flowers of small to medium sized blooms with some greenery mixed in.

I've budgeted $150. I only need a bouquet for me and my MOH. Bouts for FH, Best Man, 2 dads, and 1 ring bearer. Corsages for 2 moms and 1 grandmother. Tiny bouquets for 2 flower girls (one will actually probably get a silk kissing ball since she's so young and will probably beat the flowers up!).

I'm doing it all on my own since I used to be a pro florist. I miss it.

We are paying $650 for bridal bouquet, 5 bms bouquets, 1 toss bouquet, 10 Boutonnieres, 4 corsages.

We'll be buying 4 boxes of baby's breath from costco to dyi 18-20 centerpieces, 4 arrangements for the ceremony, and baby's breath cones to decorate the chairs.

    A little over 1k total

We budgeted around $1200, and are spending under $900 for 4 bouquets, bridal bouquet, 8 boutonnieres, 7 corsages, flowers for the church, and 14 centerpieces. Florists are pretty cheap in my area though for some odd reason!

We budgeted $500.00 and came in at 435.00 with tax and delivery.

Our flowers will consist of White/Red roses, calla lilies, lotus pods, scabosia pods, monkey tails, hypericum berries, dusty miller and lemon leaves.

    What we got:

    1 - 12" bridal bouquet

    3 - 10" BMs bouquets

3 - wrists corsages (for mothers and grandmother)

FH and I have allergies, so we tried to keep our flowers to a bare minimum.

We are DIYing ours as well. Ordering in bulk from Sam's Club. Will be spending about $550 +tax.

Hydrangeas (60), Roses (300), Carnations (200), Babies Breathe (100 stems)

    1 Bridal Bouquet

    4 BMs

    25 Centerpieces

    10 Ceremony hangers

@Chloe - I have a pretty neat Spreadsheet that I found online that you can input your arrangements, bouquets, corsages, etc, input your flowers and amount and it will calculate how many of what you need for each. I can email it to you if you'd like. PM me your email and i'll send it this evening after work.

We're spending $1,941 and change. That includes:

    - Bridal bouquet (blue & white hydrangeas, white roses, light blue delphinium blossoms and a satin-wrapped handle)

    - 8 BM bouquets (blue and white hydrangeas, light blue delphinium blossoms, baby's breath)

    - 11 boutonnieres (FH, 8 GM, 2 dads)

    - 2 wrist corsages for the moms

    - 12ft. garland for our arch (garland dotted with 6 blue and 6 white hydrangea, with a center medallion of blue and white hydrangeas)

    - 7 tall centerpieces (blue & white hydrangeas, white roses and baby's breath) on 24" pilsner vases

    - petals for the flower girl basket

We are repurposing our 8 BM bouquets as our 8 low centerpieces for 15 total centerpieces. That's saving us almost $400! We're saving another $400 by buying our own petals in bulk from BJs to line the aisle, rather than buying from/having the florist do it.

ETA: My inspiration pics! Pic 1 is the bridal bouquet, pic 2 BM bouquet, pic 3 tall centerpieces

Annakay- I LOVE hydrangea! We're getting married down South and I feel like they're so perfect for a southern event, lol. Trying to figure out if we can work them in some way.
