What did 10k floral budget get you? I was quoted $14k by a popular florist in San Diego. My floral budget is 10k. Do any of you have a similar floral budget? If so, what did it get you? (ex. number of centerpieces, bouts, flower wall etc.) Just want to see if the pricing is comparable. Thanks! ...

Yay another floral lover! Decor and flowers are important to me too. I’m spending $25k on flowers. This will include a floral arbor, garlands and flower planters for the ceremony, cocktail table centerpieces, 14 tall and short centerpieces, more garlands for the main table, 5 floral chandeliers, all the bouquets and boutonnières. I think that covers it. Despite this, o don’t feel like I’m getting enough for $25k... Does anyone have any advice?

Lol my thoughts exactly. But things are like 3x as expensive in the bay area than anywhere else, that might have something to do with it

Whatever, you do make sure you go get quotes from multiple florists. My budget wasn't as high as yours but for the exact same flowers I got a $2000 spread in price! I went to one florist who quoted me $1800, one who quoted me $3000 and one who quoted me $3800. And like I said I asked for the same thing at all three places. So just make sure you do look around a bit before you buy! Checking a few in your area is probably the best way to make sure you don't get ripped off.

Hey Jessica! I’m trying to keep my budget super low too! 5k is a lot to us but almost impossible to keep as a budget for a wedding! How much is the venue you’re holding it at?! I’m having trouble finding all our vendors and keeping it at a low budget!!

We're on the poor side. Our budget is under $500. We are doing floral wreath and crown for the flower girl. We have 1 bridal bouquet, 2 bm bouquet, 2 boutonnieres. We're debating on parents / grandparents boutonniere (1) /corsages (2). If budget allows.

The bm bouquet and flower girl flowers is baby breath.

The centerpieces are borrowed from my home decor. They are Dr who funko Pop figures and Godzilla.

I live in Dallas, TX and plan to spend around $3200 for florals. That includes 1 bride bouquet, 2 bridesmaid bouquets, 5 boutonnieres, 4 wrist corsage, 2 huge altar arrangements for the ceremony (to be re-purposed @ the reception), fully decorated head table, 8 short table arrangements, 8 tall table arrangements, and extra decor throughout like greenery on gift/guest sign in tables, floral on the cake, etc... sooo with your budget should afford you A LOT.

I would interview at least 3-4 diff options, look into a floral designer, they'll create an entire vision.

I don't even know what my floral budget should be but I've been quoted as high as 8k and lowest 4200 (for flowers I didn't like...). I'm a bit surprised how expensive flowers are especially considering how small my wedding is. We're only having 2 bridesmaids and 2 groomsmen and the total guest count is somewhere under or about 100. Admittedly I like big beautiful centerpieces but still!

I'm in South Georgia, and I'm spending 6k. I am getting 1 large bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids boquets will be all greenery with eucalyptus and olive branches. 2 wrist corsages, 2 pin on corsages, 2 boutineers. Petals will cover our whole aisle. 3 pergula arrangements, 1 swag arrangement, 2 very large arrangements for aisle entrance. 2 flower girl floral hoops. 9 12ft greenery garlands, 8 14ft greenery garlands for tables, 1 sweetheart table arrangement, 3 vase arrangements, 7ft garland for mantle, and a 26 inch wreath. And that was a lot for me since I'm not a big fan all person. I didn't have a budget going into floral consultations all I had was a vision. FH was expecting a higher number but was pleased that I came in so low. So for 10k you should expect a whole lot more than what I got.

Wow, my budget for flowers is $500 (that’s why we’re doing silk). You should be able to get A LOT for your budget! It’ll look beautiful. Good luck!

This is basically what I am planning on. We've maybe budgeted at most like $300. I refuse to spend an arm and a leg on flowers that will die in a few days.

My flowers are included in my venue. I will buy table decorations etc but we are having a small wedding. My budget is 5,000 and half of that is venue, probably a forth for photography and the rest is dress gratuity etc.

I love flowers! We're only spending around $1,700.

You should show pictures when it's all done. I'd love to see how it turned out!

I got some free flowers from my florist as a sample and they didn't die within a few days. They actually lasted almost 2 weeks!

Whew! That's almost my entire wedding budget($15k)
I'm a floral designer, I'm doing all of my own flowers( so no labor costs)
I think I should be able to stay around 1k including flowers, containers and supplies.

I'm sure it will be beautiful! Can't wait to see the pictures!

Hahaha my thoughts exactly! I mean good for you though! I’d think it would go pretty far since I’m at 1000 for greenery and floral centerpieces with 5 bouquets, petals for the flower girls, 2 wrist corsages and 10 pin on corsages.

Thanks! We're from Cental Jersey, but getting married in North Jersey at The Park Savoy in Florham Park. We're using Crest Florist for all florals. I liked that they are going to be repurposing a lot of the flowers between the ceremony and reception.
