You could probably make them the day/night before. It sounds like you've done your homework! Flower moxie on YouTube is a great resource if you want to watch tutorials and get ideas of what to buy

I wouldn't do them anymore than two days ahead of time. I would recommend if you are using a florist for your bouquets that they don't have in their contract that you can't make your own flowers for other parts of your wedding. A lot of times this is a clause in a contract because they don't want your work (unprofessional) being considered with their work (professional).

View Quoted Comment It's a really popular place to buy flowers in bulk online, and they have a lot of great resources, including a pros and cons list for each flower (so you know what needs a lot of water etc) and spreadsheets that tell you how many to buy based on what you want to make. They even tell you what size buckets to get based on what flowers you get! Fifty flowers and local flower farms are also good ideas for flower sourcing.
