Florida November 2020 Brides

Is everyone still moving forward with their 2020 date or have you considered rescheduling?
I am so back & forth... one day I feel like everything will be fine and the next I’m stressing it.
Our venue and vendors have been super sweet and will change to a new date, if needed. But we are a little behind on some things since everything has been closed which adds more stress lol. Just wondering how other Florida Brides are feeling ❤️

I am a Nov bride and I too have been going back and forth. I live in a low covid count area but my FH is worried about a second outbreak. I still have not gotten my dress nor my girls which was scheduled the first weekend of April to be done at David's Bridal but the place had to close. Everything else is ready, decorations, rentals and FH suit which is still at the Mens warehouse do to them also closing. I just worry about our parents more than anything because they already said they won't come up from S Fl if the Covid is still bad. But I really don't want to postpone after being engaged for 2 yrs. What to do what to do...lol

I'm a September Fl bride and so far we're going through with it. I've put too much time/money/stress into this for it to not happen. As a nurse in ICU I'm not super concerned about it.

I am also a September FL bride! Was originally June but we postponed to September 2020 and my venue, vendors, & guests have all been supportive. We are staying positive and looking forward to our 2020 wedding! I am also a little behind with things, such as alterations because they haven't been open yet, but on the positive side FL seems to be improving during this time and I think fall weddings will be fine Smiley smile

    Hi Careylee,

That's really a tough spot. Are you hoping to reschedule to a time when you're more confident your guests will be able to attend, or do you plan to go ahead in November if you can? Would you consider doing a live stream online for any guests who can't attend in person? Or are you reviewing your contracts to see what your postponement options might be?

It may help you make your decision if you can connect with other couples planning November weddings. Check out these discussions below!

I live in Miami and our date is December 6, 2020. I’m staying positive and have not postponed our wedding. I do realize some of our elderly quests will probably reconsider and cancel due to their health risk.
I will wait to see until probably in November to evaluate.
