Florida wedding

Our wedding is most likely going to be in Florida, and as anyone who’s been here knows, it is warm most the year. Our venue doesn’t even offer summer weddings because it’s too hot and it’s all outdoor. Any tips on how to keep my guests cool? A few things I’m doing is supplying lots of water and lemonade, having the ceremony late (like 6), considering renting an ice cream truck (they’ve got awesome choices for both kids and adults, but you know... it’s gonna cost a bit much), bringing a bunch of fans, and possibly renting an AC unit. Any other tips anyone has for weddings in warm weather?
