Florist arrival time

Jess, on June 26, 2019 at 3:31 PM Posted in Planning 0 3

How many hours before the ceremony should the florist arrive with the bouquets and boutonnieres? Our ceremony start time is 4:30.

TIA!

Our ceremony is at 5, our florist is arriving between 2-3. She has to arrive after the caterers so they can set up the tables for when she arrives to do her flowers.

    Hey Jess!

I would suggest asking your florist to arrive at around 2/3 in the afternoon? That way no one will have to run around to close to your ceremony start time to try and get all of the flowers in position.

What types of flowers are in your bouquets? 🌸

Right now they are scheduled for 2:30 but I'm trying to move that up to 2pm.

Daisies are the main flower in the bouquet but there are also roses, stock, and greenery.
