Florist -- Final Decisions

We met with our florist around 2 months before our wedding to go over our tentative plans (though we had been communicating with them throughout our entire planning process, so they already knew what we were leaning towards), and then we finalized our decisions by around 3 weeks before the wedding.

We met in person 9 months before, but we were able to email him up to 2 weeks before if we wanted to make changes.

We did a final meeting to go over everything about 3 weeks out.

We just had our meeting with our florist at about 40 days out! He put together an example of a centerpiece so we could critique it and he could get a better feel for what we wanted. We also finalized glassware and candle selections. We now have up until 2 weeks before the wedding to finalize how many tables we will have and other similar details.
