Florist Proposal

We met with the Flowerman last week. This particular florist is popular in our area because they are supposed to be cheaper since they offer a DIY option. We are having a semi-destination wedding about 2.5 hours from our house on a Monday with just our families. Our venue is about an hour away from this florist. Our venue doesn’t have anywhere to store the flowers other than our rooms, which is not an option in my mind because I am not taking the chance of having dead flowers. They deliver but the delivery fee is crazy expensive since they have to rent a truck. So essentially I would have to send someone to pick up the flowers Monday morning and it’s kind of stressing me out.

The other thing is I’m not entirely sure we got a good deal. Like I said we have to put them together, pick them up, and are also supposedly received 20% off. The proposal is $800 for a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 boutonnières, 1 flower girl crown, and the arch decor. The flower girl flowers are supposed to be free - just the extra peddles from the other arrangements. I do realize my bouquet and the arch decorations are more expensive.

I have attached my inspiration pictures. I guess my question is do you think the proposal is high or reasonable? Also, would you go with another florist that delivers? I have contacted other florists for proposals but haven’t heard back. I feel like it might be worth paying someone more just to put them together and deliver. But I don’t want to go overboard on our budget either.
