What area are you looking for a florist in? Check out Facebook groups for local weddings, and ask who other brides recommend for a florist. Search for "[city/area name] weddings" or "[city/area name] brides" on Facebook.

Yes, as Lisa says, check out local area wedding groups for good recommendations. Also keep in mind that a quote for florals will be dependent on a lot of factors - how big you want the arrangements to be, what type of flowers you want to use and the season you want them in, whether the type of installation requires the florist to make on-site or away, and also when they're allowed access to your venue. (Logically, if the design you want must be done on site, but the venue only allows them access an hour before, then they're going to need more staff to do the job than if they were given more hours at the venue, for example). And if you want a particular flower that is very tiny, but a huge area needs to be covered, you're going to need more flowers, which will cost more.

Generally a good florist will be able to give you a rough idea of the cost for what you're looking at, and then if it doesn't match your budget, tell you what you could achieve with the money you're looking to spend.

I recommend approaching your budget by breaking it down into what floral pieces you need (how many centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, additional arrangements, ceremony décor, etc.) From there you can negotiate with your florist on what styles and sizes are feasible within your budget for each item!

Contact your local grocery store florists or look on Instagram in your area for florists.

Grocery stores, and even Sams club or Costco have reasonable prices! If you don't mind certain fake flowers then visit Ling's Moment on Amazon to see if they have some in your color scheme. That's where I got majority of my flowers to save some $$.

You can also check out online shops if you wish to send flowers to your loved ones in another state. I've tried The Flowers Directory a few times and they served me well. Not perfect but definitely been honest with me and communication was what pleased me.
