Is anyone having a flowerless wedding? I can't bring myself to spend that much money on flowers. So I am looking for alternatives to flowers. So I decided for centerpieces, I won't have any flowers. I am looking into what I can do for the bridesmaids instead of bouquets of flowers. Any recommendations will help.

    I'm doing floating candles as centerpieces. A lot of people don't like using flowers and I completely understand. You could do other types of plants as well. Doesn't have to be flowers! The bridesmaids don't really have to hold anything, but maybe if you really want them to, they can hold lanterns or some sort of sign?

    Depending on where you are getting married and what time of the year you can always pick wildflowers! That's my plan.

    We're having a Harry Potter themed wedding and my cousin is making paper bouquets from recycled books. I'm not a fan of flowers and atleast we can save these.

    I’m doing single roses in place of bouquets and I won’t be using flowers in my centerpieces.
