Flower Crown?

I had a flower crown. I did greenery with blooms in the back and a couple ribbons. I personally am not a fan of blooms around the whole crown; too much for me.

Your inspiration pic was actually mine too! I ended up playing with some at my HMU trial and decided I liked how the big flowers looked on me. So my florist made one using roses, berries and greenery. She made it like a headband so I could place it where I wanted and it wouldn't interfere with my updo. I wore a veil for the ceremony but removed it afterwards.

Yours is so beautiful! Also - where is your shawl from? And is it faux? My wedding is end of April but I live in the Midwest so you never know - haha. It could be 90° or snowing. 😂 so I’m considering something like that once the date gets closer.

I got my vintage stole from Etsy. It is not faux (very few vintage stoles/wraps are faux). But there are many faux fur wraps that are more modern on Etsy too. That's where I got the wraps for my bridal party.

Hey J!! I think flower crowns are so cute and a nice alternative to the traditional veil. Getting one with more greenery is a nice idea, if there are a few flowers what color would they be? Are you going to wear your hair straight or in soft curls?

I have a pixie cut, and I plan on keeping it that short long after my wedding, and I think a flower crown would be gorgeous.

I was originally going to have a small flower crown, but put with the jewelry I'm wearing, I realised I wanted it to match a bit more. So, I am going to use a metal crown that is shaped like flowers and leaves (like above). That way the flowers don't overpower how short my hair is And I think a silvery crown like that would look amazing on my black hair

So I am 100% a fan of flower crowns for short hair!!
